Possibly the sickest, most perverse, serial killer in criminal history was a grey-haired old grandfather type named Albert Fish. He looked like every child's favorite grandfather but behind the quiet facade of his silver hair and mustache lurked a hideous monster who preyed on the young and the innocent with his horrific "instruments of hell" -- a meat cleaver, a butcher knife and a saw.
In the late 1920's he abducted a 10-year-old girl named Grace Budd, stripped, choked her to death, cut her body into little pieces and ate her with carrots and onions.
Albert Fish who confessed, "I always had a desire to inflict pain on others and to have others inflict pain on me. I always seemed to enjoy everything that hurts. The desire to inflict pain, that is all that is uppermost What a thrill that will be if I have to die in the electric chair. It will be the supreme thrill. The only one I havent tried."
This is included in the newly released Suicide Commando limited edition single 'God is in the rain', included in the box set of the new album 'Implements of Hell'
