Tyrannosaurus Rex - 2nd Evolution (Level 30)
Among the largest carnivores to have ever stalked the planet, Tyrannosaurus was one fearsome dinosaur of the Cretaceous. Tyrannosaurus fossils have shown toothmarks that could have only been made by their own kind. Some scientists think that its bulk may have made it hard for it to chase prey and believe that it scavenged for food. In fact, like lions today, Tyrannosaurus probably hunted and scavenged.
