China has funded the building of a key rail line in Kenya.

While the construction is in full-swing, people have started to expect the changes brought by the new rail line.

According to the railway builder, China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), the construction has reached a critical phase.

And the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) will cut travel time between Nairobi and Mombasa by half.
