6x WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith shares a great drill for players to work on off the ball movement before going into your shot!
Flash movements are great ways for players to create open space. When a player notices their defender playing help side, watching the ball, or not paying attention they have an opportunity to flash to a spot for an open look.
• Players will start at the corner and flash to the wing for a pass from the Dish machine and shoot.
• Players can also work on shot fakes and/or jabs to simulate movement for when a defender closes out.
