Here is the video of a simple South Indian Dal fry which is also a no onion no garlic recipe. You can adjust the spice level by adjusting the number of green chillies and chopped ginger as per your preference. You can also add a little lemon juice at the end just before switching off the stove if you would like to. Serve hot with Chapathi or Paratha.
