How to make hard cider with store bought cider and quick carb it
Carbonated 1 gallon of cider in about 12 minutes after working out a few minor details out like tightening all the connections, putting the transfer pump in the correct direction, and replacing a leaky disconnect.
This Hard Cider from store bought apple cider came out amazing and very dry which is the way I prefer it! Love Honey Crisp Apples so this really hit was a great Hard Apple Cider.
Of course if you don't have a transfer pump like I already own it might make more sense to either but the transfer pump system and then the parts so you end up with two great tools or just buy a Blichmann Quick Carb out right.
