3.29.10: David and Joanne Englund, and their neighbors on Perkins Ave., aren't even close to recovering from flood damage to their Cranston homes by the record high water levels of a rain swollen Pawtuxet River two weeks ago. By Wednesday they may be facing water levels 2 feet higher. The Englunds, not sure how to handle a second flood while they are still trying handle the first one chose to pack up much on their home furnishings in a truck and get it safely away until they can figure what to do next.
