This video is about expectations. I’ve had requests to do a video on this topic as it relates to benzo/antidepressant/antipsychotic withdrawal/tapering/adverse reactions. The nonlinear journey through this experience is very difficult for many of not most people so I think it’s super important to try and have as neutral expectations as possible and to STAY IN YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE.
