Mike Alexander, a member of The Narrative Enneagram (TNE) Board of Directors and a veteran of nearly 40 years in law enforcement, shares what he has discovered in adapting the Enneagram system to leadership training of law enforcement personnel. With a balanced perspective, Chief Mike navigates the current tragedies that have sparked protests and calls for social change, while seeking true healing that comes through the careful investigation of all the contributing factors to these tragedies.

Dysfunction within law enforcement agencies is symptomatic of the persistence of deep historical and cultural injustices and instabilities. Combining the Enneagram, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) study and current trauma theory, Chief Mike has intercepted officers in crisis, providing them with the tools they need to heal, repair relationships in and outside of their agency, and restore the dignity within the profession of policing. His message is one of hope and reconciliation.
