Today I will share my recipe for the world famous Shish Kebob, they are juicy, tender and absolutely delicious.

300 gm Chicken breast
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp kasmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp soy sauce

1 onion
1/4 tsp salt (for vegetables)
1 tbsp oil (for vegetables)
