The 2nd generation of the Mu-So QB features redesigned tweeters and midrange speakers. Each of the five speakers, including a redesigned bass driver, is powered by its own discreet amplifier, which together provide the system with 300 watts of continuous power. Bass tuning is optimized by built-in DSP for deep, clean low-frequency output.
The Naim Mu-So Qb is set up well for music streaming. There's Bluetooth, of course, but for the best possible sound quality you can choose from Apple AirPlay 2 or Chromecast and stream higher-res files over your home Wi-Fi network. If you've got other Naim speakers or components elsewhere in your house, you can use the Naim control app to set up a multi-room system.
The Mu-So Qb is compatible with Roon, a service that lets serious music fans dive deep into their favorite albums and artists, and also provides another multi-room playback option through Chromecast.
