Ingredients to make Ragi Pudding -❤️
Vijay Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 300ml
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Dessicated coconut- 1tbsp
Chopped Nuts- 1tbsp
Method to make Ragi Pudding - ❤️
1. Mix Vijay ragi flour with coconut milk and heat it with jaggery powder
2. When it starts to thicken add cardamom powder and mix.
3. Garnish with dessicated coconut and Nuts.
