This year is the 15th anniversary of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Anti-terrorism efforts are high on the agenda, but members are also expected to explore further economic cooperation. What can we expect from this year's meeting? Will India and Pakistan join the organization? What will their membership mean for SCO? How can the organization contribute to the fight against terrorism? Join us for a discussion with Yang Mingjie, vice president of the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations; in Moscow, Alexander Lukin, professor and director of East Asian and SCO studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations; and in Washington D.C., Jeffrey Mankoff, senior fellow and deputy director of the Russia & Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
