CHICKEN PASANDA
INGREDIENTS:
FOR PASANDA SPICE MIX-(Yields 4 Tbsp.)
1 Tbsp. Khuskhus/ Poppy Seeds
½ Tsp Black Peppercorns
Small piece of Javitri/Mace
3-4 Cloves
3-4 Green Cardamom pods
2 Black Cardamom pods
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp. Coriander Seeds
Small piece of nutmeg
FOR MARINATION
500 Grams Chicken Breast (Thin Slices as shown in the video )
½ Cup Full Fat Yogurt/ Curds
¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Whole Milk
¼ to 1/3 Cup Ghee
1-2 Tsp Garlic – Grated
1 Tbsp. Ginger- Grated
½ Cup Fried Onions
2 Tbsp. Prepared Pasanda Mix( Leveled)
1 & ½ Tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder( Leveled)
Salt to taste
FOR CHICKEN PASANDA GRAVY
Marinated Chicken
2 Tbsp. Almond Powder
1 Tbsp. Cashew Powder
1 Tsp Lemon juice
Additional 2 to 3 Tsp Pasanda Mix (if required only)
1 Piece of Charcoal
