HILL WALK: 90 Seconds - 3.1 - 4.2 mph - 3.0 Incline
Increase speed by 0.1 each segment
Part 2 - Repeat 4 times
Jog: 90 Seconds - 4.0 - 6.0 mph
Recover: 30 seconds - 3.0 - 4.0 mph
Cooldown at the end!
