It's important that you walk into the PE exam with confidence--it's one of the the biggest professional moments of your life.
The physiological response that happens to you on test day, like sweaty palms, weak knees, elevated heart rate, is totally normal—your body is working FOR YOU to meet a tough challenge. But you need to be aware of them beforehand to combat adrenaline’s effect on your body.
The “formula” for calming text anxiety is Preparation + Trust = Confidence. If you put in the hard work, you need to trust that you have done all you can to PASS. This is one of the most important PE Exam tips for test day that I can give you.
