This video continues from the Carb removal video, now on the bench the carb will be completely disassembled cleaned and reassembled with a James gasket kit P/N JGI-27006-88. On asssembly it will be mildly jetted with a CV performance Jetting kit model CVP-TC80X. During the assembly it was noticed that the Idle mixture needle was fully seated indicating an issue. Furthermore, both the washer and o-ring were missing from the needle and replaced with a separate kit from JP cycles, Part number 56-2008. An unexpected amount of carbon on the top end indicated much back firing in the carb, necessitating a deep cleaning.
