Wellness is essential to overcome our barriers. PRUDE’s All Women Project is providing resources and taking action to improve our lifestyle, like the yoga class we held. Scientific evidence shows that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and sleep quality. Thanks to the instructor @Chetan Nagaraj , the class was outstanding! And thanks to @Lilia Lastra Olaya, our community manager, for producing this video.
