Congress' P. Chidambaram in the Rajya Sabha on Monday sought to know if the border situation of India and China figured during the brief exchange Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Bali. Chidambaram referred to a video of Modi's chat with Jinping in Bali during the G20 summit last month. BJP alleged he was deviating from the discussion on supplementary grants.
