Authorities in two states are sorting through the bizarre case of a woman kidnapped early Monday from Columbus, Georgia and left dead in Alabama, where four suspects were chased from Seale to Wetumpka before they wrecked and were captured. Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor identified the woman fatally shot overnight as Tameka Skinner, 39, whose family said she was the mother of two daughters ages 16 and 17. Each suspect will be charged with kidnapping and capital murder,Taylor said. The death-penalty charge is based on their allegedly killing Skinner while committing the aggravated offense of kidnapping, authorities said. Taylor identified the suspects as Jayvonn Phillips, 23, of Seale, Alabama; and Demetria Johnson, 30; Shaun Johnson, 40; and Joshua Tolbert, 30, all of Columbus, Georgia.
