Ingredients;
4 - 6 Chicken Thighs
1 Small Onion
Half of a Medium Green Bell Pepper
Seasonings of Choice
3/4 cup of Water or Stock
3 Tbsp of Flour
1 Tsp of Kitchen Bouquet for Color (optional)
Directions
1. Add chicken to a baking pan and season really well. Seasoning in the pan will allow excess season to accumulate in the pan, which will season the gravy.
2. Mix water, flour and kitchen bouquet together and pour along the edges of the pan.
3. Add onions and bell peppers.
4. Bake covered on 350 for 1 hour.
5. After 1 hour, uncover and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes. This will allow the skin to develop some color and gain some crispness.
6. Once done, skim as much of the excess grease possible.
7. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!!
