Cashew Coffee Creamer Ingredients
½ cup of raw cashews (unsalted and unroasted), soaked overnight or "quick-soaked" in hot water
1½ cups of filtered water
dash of cinnamon (omit if desired)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you want vanilla creamer)
pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon raw honey or sugar, more or less to taste
Place all of the ingredients listed into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Watch the video for extra tips.
