C’est le retour tant attendu des gants noirs pour une nouvelle recette ! 👋🏻

Aujourd’hui, nous faisons ensemble des grands boureks, croustillants à l’extérieur et coulant à l’intérieur. Un vrai régal !

Pour cette recette, il vous faudra :

Pour la purée de pdt :
-6/7 pommes de terres
-1 cuillère à café de sel et poivre pour la purée de pdt

Pour la marinade des crevettes :
-environ 200gr de crevettes
-2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
-1 gousse d’ail hachée
-1/2 cuillère à café de sel, poivre, cumin, piment doux
-1 cuillère à soupe de persil haché

Pour la garniture de nos boureks :
-des œufs
-du thon
-oignons hachés
-persil hachés
-olives dénoyautées
-sel/poivre

À faire frire dans une poêle bien chaude avec environ 1cm d’huile de tournesol.

Servir aussitôt, vous allez vous régaler ! 👩🏻‍🍳

It's the long-awaited return of black gloves for a new recipe! 👋🏻

Today we're making big boureks together, crispy on the outside and flowing on the inside. A real treat !

For this recipe, you will need:

For the potato puree:
-6/7 potatoes
-1 teaspoon of salt and pepper for the potato mash

For the shrimp marinade:
-about 200gr of prawns
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 clove of garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, cumin, sweet pepper
-1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

For the garnish of our boureks:
-eggs
-tuna
- chopped onions
- chopped parsley
-pitted olives
-salt pepper

Fry in a hot pan with about 1cm of sunflower oil.

Serve immediately, you will love it! 👩🏻‍🍳

‎لتزيين بوركس لدينا:
‎-بيض
‎-تونة
‎- بصل مقطع
‎- بقدونس مفروم
‎زيتون منزوع النوى
‎-ملح فلفل

‎تقلى في مقلاة ساخنة مع حوالي 1 سم من زيت عباد الشمس.
