Shripathi wanted to know how to return a wide serve to his forehand from a left handed server. The key is to get into a good position. You need to move wide to cover the ball. Then you need to counter the sidespin on the serve and a good way to do this is by angling your wrist back. Lastly think about where you want to hit the ball too. You can go back across court but if you do, try to go fairly wide so that you don't get caught out of position. You can also try going down the line as a surprise tactic as the server will be likely to expect the return to come back across court.
