📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to use HARIO's V60 switch dripper (IMMERSION 02) that can be used like a standard V60 pourer or immersion brewer. We show how to use it as an immersion brewer, resulting in a heavier body and deeper extraction.

⏱️ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Prepare 20g of coffee (medium grind)
2. Boil water to 93°C
3. fold (mountain fold) HARIO 02 paper filter (or any adequate filter)
4. Open the dripper (switch down)
5. Wash paper filter
6. Pour 20 to 45ml to bloom according to your preference
7. Throw away the bloom water
8. Close the dripper (switch up)
9. Pour 240ml
10. Let it steep for approximately 1 to 2 minutes
11. Flip the switch to start the draw down process and let it all drip

NOTE: adjust the coarseness and the amount of time you steep them to find your perfect brew.
