An English speaker reads OMEP's appeal to local, national, regional, and global leaders to prioritize young children and early childhood education. Photos of children from around the world illustrate OMEP's vision for the wellbeing, rights and education of all children everywhere. The appeal was originally published in the fall 2012 issue of the International Journal of Early Childhood. Encouraging support for early childhood is especially important NOW as the United Nations prepares its goals for 2015 - 2030.
