When babies transition from sitting to crawling, ideally you want them to use a side sit and then transition to their hands and knees. Often times babies will lung forward over their hips to move into crawling position. In this video our Physical Therapist will show you how to help guide your baby to their side and then onto their hands and knees and then back again into the sitting position.
