OPI - THE SUPERCUTEST NAIL ART TUTORIAL

What You'll Need:
- OPI GelColor Base Coat
- OPI Dual Cure Lamo
- OPI GelColor Let's Be Friends!
- OPI GelColor Black Onyx
- OPI GelColor Many Celebrations To Go!
- OPI GelColor Glitter All the Way
- OPI GelColor All About the Bows
- Nail Art Brush
- N.A.S. 99
- Cotton pads
- OPI GelColor Top Coat

Steps:
1) Apply 1 coat of GelColor Base Coat. Cure for 30 seconds.

2) Apply 2-3 coats of OPI GelColor Let's Be Friends. Cure each coat for 30 seconds.

3) Remove tacky residue using an OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.

4) Using a nail art brush, paint Hello Kitty's whiskers with OPI GelColor Black Onyx.

5) Flash cure for 2-3 seconds. Pro Tip: Flash cure after each step to hold the design in place.

6) Paint on the eyes. Cure for 30 seconds.

7) Using a dotter, paint the nose with OPI GelColor Many Celebrations To Go! Flash cure for 2-3 seconds.

8) Paint nose using OPI GelColor Glitter All The Way. Flash cure for 2-3 seconds.

9) Paint iconic bow using OPI GelColor All About the Bows. Cure for 30 seconds.

10) Outline the bow in OPI GelColor Black Onyx. Cure for 30 seconds.

11) Apply 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat. Cure for 30 seconds.

12) Remove tacky residue using an OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.

13) Massage OPI ProSpa Nail and Cuticle Oil into cuticles.
