In anticipation for the first big horror movie of the year, The Bye Bye Man, Nightmares had the pleasure of sitting down for an interview with director Stacy Title and titular character Doug Jones.
According to Jones, we can all look forward to seeing him take center stage in del Toro’s next feature film, The Shape of Water. Little has been known about the movie until now so take a look at this clip from my conversation with Doug Jones.
A few years back, tongues started wagging around the prospect of a Gremlins 3. Since then, we haven’t heard too much on the subject until now. Franchise star Zach Galligan spoke with Bleeding Cool to set the record straight on the third installment of the franchise saying that original Gremlins screenwriter Chris Columbus, not super thrilled with Gremlins 2, is hard at work on a third movie.
If you watched our Best of 2016 episode that aired last week, you know that we looked forward to 2017. And one of the movies that we’re all pretty intrigued by is the R-rated, feature film adaptation of Stephen King’s It starring Bill Skaarsgard as Pennywise the clown. During the holidays, Entertainment Weekly scared up an image of Skaarsgard in the make up, lurking in the drainpipes of Derry, Maine.
Another scary adventure we’re all looking forward to is the latest installment in the Alien franchise brought to you by Ridley Scott, Alien: Covenant. While we were away the first trailer for the film dropped and just a few days ago Collider published their recap of a few new scenes that were previewed for them and various other media outlets.
Announcement: Collider Nightmares presents The Bye Bye Man on Wednesday, January 11 right here in Los Angeles! We’ll have director Stacy Title and some of the cast in attendance.
