The independent electoral and boundaries commission has presented certified copies of forms 34 A, B, C and d to the Supreme Court setting in motion preparations for the hearing of the presidential election petition.
The law requires IEBC to present the certified copies in both hard copy and soft copy. Court officials were seen previewing hard drives presented by the commission.
Present at the Supreme Court were IEBC CEO Marjan Hussein Marjan, Commissioner Boya Molu and the commissions lawyer Wambua Kilonzo.
