How do do a decrease stitch:
Place your hook into the first stitch.
Yarn over and pull through the loop. Do not finish the stitch as you usually would.
Place the hook into the next stitch.
Yarn over and pull through the loop. If you’ve followed the instructions exactly, you will have three loops on your hook.
Yarn over and draw through all three loops.
