Tufts University School of Dental Medicine students share the impact of the Mind-Body Wellness Program on their dental education. Created in 2015 by Dr. Christina DiBona Pastan, this program incorporates evidence based mind-body practices in the dental school curriculum to manage the stress they incur from their rigorous academic studies and demanding requirements. The program aims to benefit students by improving their health mentally and physically as well as decrease burnout, increase resilience which will ultimately enable their delivery of mindful and compassionate dental care.
