INGREDIENTS:
4 cups long grain Basmati rice برنج
1 medium Onion پیاز
3 tablespoons Oil روغن
2 cloves of Garlic سیر
500g lamb/ beef mince meat گوشت بره یا گاو
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder پودر زردچوبه
1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder پودر فلفل قرمز
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds زیره
1/2 teaspoon Salt نمک
1 cup water آب
1 1/2 cup Lentils عدس
5 litres water آب
3-4 tablespoons saffron زعفران
Fresh Dates خرما
1 1/2 cups cooking Raisins کشمش
1 tablespoon Salt نمک
3 tablespoons Butter مسکه
3 tablespoons oil روغن
1 medium onion پیاز
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder هل سبز
