This is the LATEST, highest-quality evidence paper on Dengue fever and papaya leaf extract use.

2. Treatment guidelines for Dengue fever from major clinical societies:

b. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: [ Ссылка ] (does not feature papaya leaf extract)

d. Updated latest guidelines from National Library of Medicine: [ Ссылка ] - specifies that "platelet transfusion is considered when platelet count drops to less than 20,000 cells/microliter, and there is a high risk of bleeding." - no mention of papaya leaf extract.

3. Low platelets in Dengue fever is due to multiple reasons - one single herbal extract cannot take care of all these causes at a time
