Pamela Colman Smith was the Illustrator of the Rider Waite Tarot deck. Her life was filled with highs and lows, and she may well have fallen into obscurity if US Games Systems founder, Stuart Kaplan, hadn't taken a keen interest in her, and worked to preserve her legacy. This is her story.
