Cash Enough For Love
Have a total of $100 million in cash.

Set difficulty to Nightmare. You can avoid most of his bullets (to get the extra money for AAA) by hiding behind the boxes but this takes too long in my opinion as you also get more money (+$100k) for being fast. Instead just turn around for a split-second whenever he raises his arm to fire his gun at you. He will immediately stop firing. There are two or three spots where he shoots regardless of your positioning but he will not aim either so it's easily avoidable and you basically never have to stop moving.

Okay, to be honest, from mission select menu, playing through the level, back to the mission select, all loading times included it takes roughly 1 minute 30 seconds (depending on CPU power of course, slightly longer when recording)
