2021 base S model Altima with the 188 hp 2.5L 4-cyl, mated to a CVT, but I was pretty impressed with the faux gear changes; they made it feel a little less lifeless than most CVTs, and this one feels eons more refined than the CVT in the previous gen Sentra. EPA estimates 28 city/ 39 hwy.
Unexpected nice features: acceleration has much more gusto while already on the move and the cabin is also surprisingly quiet. Another thing I actually liked was the way the CVT behaved under normal driving. Taking off from a light it quietly wafts you away, humming at no more than 2300 rpm until it gets you up to speed. The engine sits at 1900 rpm @ 75 mph
