Also called a shroomless shortcut, itemless shortcut, or NISC (no item shortcut). This video contains all the best shortcuts and most important shortcuts.

Some shortcuts are crucial to know (Hyrule Circuit, Big Blue, DK Summit), and some shortcuts are too risky/difficult (Toad Circuit, Grumble Volcano lap 3), or skip an item box (Sherbet Land, Mute City). Keep these in mind when racing!
