अक्सर लोग यह मान लेते है कि, रियल इस्टेट के सौदे में प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन और स्टैंप ड्यूटी चुकाने के बाद प्रॉपर्टी ट्रांसफर से जुड़ी सभी औपचारिक प्रक्रिया पूरी हो गई ..
जब की ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं है। इन सबके बावजूद हमें प्रॉपर्टी का टैक्स म्यूटेशन करना जरूरी होता है। प्रॉपर्टी मुटेशन का नाम सुनते ही अधिकतर लोग कंफ्यूज हों जाते है..और इसे एक जटिल प्रक्रिया मान कर हताश होते है। इस वीडियो में मैंने आसान भाषा में बताया है की, प्रॉपर्टी म्यूटेशन का क्या मतलब होता है?..आखिर इस प्रोसेस का मकसद क्या होता है?..इस प्रक्रिया को हमे कहा जाकर पूरा करना होता है? प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स म्यूटेशन के लिये कैसे अप्लाई करें? इसमें कितनी लागत आती है? और इसके लिये हमे किन - किन कागजातों की जरूरत पड़ सकती है?..  जैसे कई महत्त्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी है, साथ ही साथ इसके ना करने पर होने वाले नुकसान को समझा गया है। और इस प्रक्रिया को करते समय ध्यान देने योग्य बातें भी बताई गई है। मुझे आशा है कि इस जानकारी के आधार पर आपको मुतेशन करने में आसानी महसूस जरूर होगी।
