The latter part of the IBHS Fire Demonstration showing the unmitigated structure on fire. This event was held as part of the 2024 PCBC (Pacific Coast Builders Conference) in Anaheim, California on June 19, 2024, presented by Steven Hawks, Senior Director for Wildfire, IBHS.

High School students in the BITA 4-year construction educational program built the two structures.
