TOKWA’T BABOY is a Filipino dish or an appetizer. Usually, it consists of pork ears, pork belly, and tofu. It is served in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, sugar and ground pepper. It usually has red and green chilis to keep the bite going. It can be served as a pulutan (finger food), meal with rice or as a side dish to lugaw or rice porridge, goto and arroz caldo.
