An 82 year old female needed a complete 2D echocardiogram with Doppler for Sarcoid. With sarcoid, the valves, particularly the pulmonic valve and the tricuspid valve can become damaged. Right heart failure and elevated pulmonary pressures are also common.
This echocardiogram results were normal.

The quality of the echocardiogram is fair, so I thought it would be a good example for those of you that are wondering what is an echocardiogram.
