Mango delight| Easiest dessert recipe | The cookbook
A perfect dessert for this mango season.
Ingredients:
Whipping cream-1&1/2 cup
Mango-2 ( medium)
Condensed milk-1/4 cup
Biscuits-8-10
Milk-1/4 cup

Method:
1. whip the cream untill stiff.
2. Make puree of 1 mango
3. mix whipped cream, condensed milk and mango puree.
4. Dip the biscuits in milk and layer it in pudding dish.
5. spread half of the whipped cream.
6. Add some mango pieces over the whipping cream layer.
7. Spread the remaining cream.
8. Decorate with whipping cream and mango puree.
9. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
