A mom falls pregnant after trying fertility treatments, and the first ultrasound shows she’s having twins. She has never been happier, and prepares to welcome her two babies into the world. But her pregnancy is more than a normal adventure. Soon enough, she goes for another ultrasound, and the doctor notices something unexpected on the screen. This will not be an easy pregnancy or labor. She will need to have a C-section. And while her babies are being brought into the world, the doctor notices something else - something terrifying about one of her children that will threaten her happiness for a long time.
