How to change your engine oil with Pep Boys and Pennzoil!
Things you will need:
Safety Glasses
Gloves
Microfiber Rag

Socket Wrench and Socket: [ Ссылка ]

First: Loosen the oil fill cap so a vacuum isn’t created when draining your oil.
Second: Use a jack to lift your vehicle to be able to reach the oil drain plug. Never let the entire weight of your vehicle rest on the jack. We recommend using jack stands and wheel chalk to rest the vehicle on.
Third: Take the oil filter off using the socket wrench and the oil filter wrench. Once the filter is loose, use your hands to remove it. Once the oil filter is off wait for the oil to stop draining out, then check to make sure the oil filter gasket isn’t still stuck on there.
Fourth: Take off the oil drain plug using the socket wrench and the socket. Once the drain plug is loose, use your hands to remove it. Place the oil pan below to catch the oil as it drains out. Use the microfiber rag to clean the drain plug, then reinstall the drain plug. Tighten the drain plug to a snug fit, be careful not to over tighten the drain plug to not ruin the threads.
Fifth: Clean the area of the oil filter with the microfiber rag. Place a thin layer of oil on the gasket of the new oil filter. Install the new oil filter. It should go on easily with your hands. Once the gasket hits the metal surface it will become more difficult to tighten. Notice the labeling and turn it ¾ of a turn more.
Sixth: Now that the oil is drained, the oil drain plug is reinstalled and the new oil filter is installed we can fill the engine with oil. Once the engine is filled with the user manual’s recommended amount we will run the vehicle for about 30 seconds to let the oil circulate. Then, check the dip stick to see what the oil level is at.
Seventh: Once the oil level is good, turn on your car again to double check if there are any leaks.
