Johannes Czwalina is a management consultant and coach with a very interesting background. He studied theology and has been a vicar for a number of years. Later he moved into the business world and grounded a successful consultancy company, based in Riehen (Switzerland). He also wrote a number of books, amongst others on civil courage, and founded a memorial for Jewish refugees in WWII.
Due to the fact that he always speaks up against injustice, he is considered to be a controversial figure.
