Today's video show how to make a homemade Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla! We make this recipe all of the time and it is super simple! Full recipe below.

Taco Bell Quesadilla (2 servings)

Ingredients-
2 large burrito size tortillas
~1/2 lb. chicken breast (or desired protein)
~1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup mayo
3 tsp. diced jalapeños
4 tsp. pickled jalapeño juice
1 tsp. sugar
~2 tsp. garlic powder
~2 tsp. chili powder
~1 tsp. onion powder
~1 tsp. cumin
~1 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper

Steps-
1. Combine mayo, jalapeños and juice, sugar, and ~1 tsp. of each seasoning to make sauce; set aside in fridge
2. Dice chicken into bite-size pieces and season with ~1 tsp. of garlic powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper
3. Cook in a little oil in a pan at medium heat until chicken is fully cooked; remove and set aside
4. Spray pan with a little cooking spray and keep at medium heat to cook quesadilla
5. Lay down tortilla; on one side layer 1/4 cup cheese, half chicken, and another 1/4 cup cheese; on the other side spread half sauce
6. Folder over and cook on each side for 4 - 5 minutes or until desired crispiness
7. Repeat with second quesadilla and remaining ingrediants
8. Cut and serve along side your favorite dipping sauce!
