In this video I review the General Rotating Hole Punch No. 72. I test it to punch a hole in a belt, plastic, a rubber floor mat, and cardboard. It has 6 different sizes to choose from. It has I show how to use it and test how well it works. This could be used to create a hole in a belt to have it fit better, or for hobbies, arts and crafts, etc. A handy tool to have around when you need it, especially for creating an additional hole in a belt to make it fit better. Watch this video to see how well it works and how to use it. Thanks for watching!
