This young man was involved in a motorcycle accident and fell directly on his chin. This was followed by extreme pain in the left side of his face and inability to completely close his mouth. His anxious parents rushed him to our hospital for management.

Imaging studies revealed a left angle of the mandible fracture. Using an intraoral approach, the fracture was stabilized with plates and screws after ensuring proper occlusion. There were no visible scars following the surgery.
He and his parents were pleased that his fracture was treated with such optimal care at our hospital.
