Welcome to the Blue Mouse Knits! Today I will be teaching you how to work a Cable 4 Back (C4B) without a cable needle. This is the fasted method I've found to knit a C4B, it involves rearranging your stitches before knitting them to avoid using a cable needle. I will be demonstrating this technique as a continental knitter (picker), but the technique works just the same for english knitters (throwers).
